Singles! Temptress, “Find My Way”

27 May 2021 By jesse Leave a Comment

You’d think at this point that we’d get tired of heaping praise on Temptress. But we don’t. And the reason is simply that they continually put out some of the most solid slabs of heaviness! So when it comes down to it, who are we to complain when an artist really hits their sonic stride this well?

But I digress.

“Find My Way” is everything that fans have come to love about the Manchester, New Hampshire outfit bringing a honed and heightened perspective to reveal new layers of Temptress’ ongoing aural evolution. Built from propulsive bursts of biting, sharp riffage from Anthony Coy and Jake Funk’s soulful pipes, Temptress’ latest offering puts their songwriting under a microscope to create a song that’s a tender yet tough heavyweight. Accented by programmed beats (Which still manage to sound incredibly like former drummer John DiGeronimo) and a hypnotic piano line that underscore’s Funk’s angsty croon, the track truly triumphs for not following a similar sonic pattern and delivering one of Temptress’ most memorable moments yet.

“Find My Way” is out on May 28th via all your most favorite streaming services which you can conveniently find by clicking here, here, or here. And for the latest on Temptress, follow them on ye olde socials when you head here, here, or here.
